Truth
or nothing.

An open space. You and me. We sit together and look at what's real. Whatever comes up, comes up. Everything is welcome — the ugly and the beautiful. The only rule is honesty.

Every door you've closed, we open. Every lie you've told yourself, we look at. Every mask you've worn — we take it off. Everything you've pushed down, swallowed, buried — we let it surface. We explore who you think you are and who you really are — the relative self and the absolute Self. The way Socrates did it — question after question until there's nowhere left to hide. Until what's left is you. The real one. The one you've been avoiding and the one you've been looking for. They're the same person.

My Story

My name is Yiannis. I grew up in Athens, went to Athens College, started studying economics and felt dead inside. Dropped out and started playing poker professionally. Spent years in the gambling industry, moved into crypto, NFTs, sports betting. I made money, I lost money, and found edges that few could see.

At the same time I was falling apart. Addiction. Substances. Intense relationships that burned everything down. Years in psychotherapy trying to understand why I kept destroying what I build.

Then a decade of searching. Yoga, plant medicine, meditation, non-duality. I sat with gurus and masters and questioned every single one of them. Some had something real. Most were performing. I kept going until I found the only teacher that mattered — myself.

I surf, I kitesurf, I wingfoil, I ski. I play poker, I love women and I live life to the full.

I've been broken open and put back together more times than I can count.

I am not finished. I am not healed. I just know myself and I know the territory because I walked every inch of it barefoot.
I am not a guru, nor a teacher, nor a therapist. I am a man like you.

Feel everything. Hold everything.

The Greeks didn't seek the void. They sought the full life. Passion. Tragedy. Love. Rage. Beauty. All of it. The gods themselves were messy and jealous and in love and furious. Not serene. Not empty. Fully alive in every direction.

The Eastern path says empty yourself. The Hellenic path says fill yourself. Feel everything. Hold everything. The tragedy and the comedy in the same hand. Laugh and cry in the same breath. Love the ones who destroy you and don't apologize for it.

Our ancestors wrote tragedies not sutras. They didn't seek escape from suffering. They put suffering on stage and called it art. They looked at the worst of human experience and said "this is beautiful because it's true." Oedipus. Antigone. Medea. Stories of parents and children destroying each other out of love.

This is the path where we walk straight into the fire with our hearts open and we let it burn us and we call it living.

Not the Zen master's void. Not Ramana's silence. Not the Buddha's cessation of suffering. Something older. Something from this soil. Something that says — feel it all, see it all, hold it all. And still be standing.
